Milling Services

Traditionally, the removal of deteriorated concrete has been performed by armies of laborers wielding lightweight chipping hammers, scabblers and scarifiers.

SPT can quickly and cost-effectively perform many concrete removal projects with its state-of-the-art lightweight milling services.

Concrete can be removed from 1/4" to 4", depending on rebar or mesh location and size. On average, one machine and a two-man crew can remove and clean approximately 1,500 square feet of 1" removal per day. Depth control is precisely controlled with minimal disturbance to the substrate.
